What TIZARAT does: TIZARAT provides digital tools for business discovery, supplier catalogues, buyer requirements, lead matching and contact introduction. Buyers and suppliers independently negotiate and contract for the goods. The purchase price for goods is paid directly between them; TIZARAT platform fees are separate.
Choose the agreement that matches your role before registering, submitting a requirement, publishing a catalogue, unlocking contacts, accepting assigned leads or purchasing advertising.
Discover: Buyers browse supplier profiles and catalogues or submit a genuine business requirement.
Connect: Where applicable, users pay the separately disclosed contact-unlock fee to access contact details or leads.
Negotiate: Buyer and supplier discuss specifications, quantity, price, taxes, delivery and payment directly.
Contract: The buyer and supplier independently decide whether to enter into a purchase contract.
Pay for goods: The buyer pays the supplier directly under their agreed terms. TIZARAT does not hold the purchase price as escrow.
Platform services: TIZARAT separately charges applicable platform fees, lead services or advertising fees under the published fee rules.

Quick answers
Does TIZARAT sell or deliver the goods?
No. TIZARAT provides B2B discovery and lead-introduction tools. The buyer and supplier independently agree on the sale, payment, quality, packing, delivery, warranty and related obligations.
Does TIZARAT collect the supplier's goods payment?
The published operating model says the buyer pays the supplier directly. TIZARAT's own platform fees are separate and must not be confused with the supplier's invoice or goods payment.
Does a listing or lead guarantee an order?
No. A profile, catalogue, enquiry or assigned lead is an opportunity for business contact, not a guaranteed sale, buyer response, credit approval or commercial result.
Where do I report a platform issue?
Use the Grievance Policy for account, privacy, listing, advertising, lead-access, security, impersonation or legal-notice matters.
Where can I find the legal references?
See Legal Framework & Reference Sources. Applicability depends on the actual business model and legal classification; the policy pages are not a substitute for legal advice.
